Iron is noteworthy in many grains and green leafy vegetables.
Iron is also high in many soy products.

Brown rice 4.5% Iron
Pearl barley cooked 10.5%
Spinach cooked 6.0%
Kale cooked 11.0%
Light soy milk products 6.0% Iron

I make soup weekly and add spinach or kale for taste, barley or brown rice for filler.
Boosts my energy levels.

rm-thai-iced-tea.do Single 15cal serving of thai tea has 25% DRV! (Doesn't include creamer.)Totally new discovery.

I'm always looking. Another thing I do is if I'm low on iron and protein at the end of the day, I have egg whites with thyme, which is high in iron.
