Carol, I think you're doing great. We're all trying. It has taken me awhile to just remember to get my fruit and veggies in each day. Now I love them!

I am not doing well with the tracking, but I am doing so much better about trying to get vegetables into my diet. I made a YUMMY salad yesterday for us to have with our dinner. I also made tabouleh and chopped up tomatoes to go in it. I finished my day with apple slices for my bedtime snack. I don't hit 5 every day but my intake is definitely up.
