1/31=Lost 2 lbs this month. Now I have to change the battery in my Fitbit Aria scale as of notice yesterday.

1/29 - weighed 275.1 -- not the right direction, but an improvement from my last weigh in. Maybe it's muscle building from the gym?!

What a pleasant surprise you ladies gave me this morning. I finally got off my duff and weighed so I could join you in this challenge. I am down 14 lbs!!

Start Weight: 273.3
Goal: 10% loss
2017 Goal Weight: 255

Goal: Loser 10%
Ending Weight Should be: 246.6

Check ins will be weekly for me.
January 1, 2017 = 274
January 8, 2017 = 266.4
Jan. 15, 2017 = 268.8
Jan. 22, 2017 = 274.6 (I hate to log this. I'm not sure how come the scales jumped so much. I ate decently. Exercised well last week, considering everything that was going on. Praying next week will be better.)

This is a challenge to commit to losing 5% or 10% of your body weight in the year 2017. The day you begin post your weight and the percentage you are shooting for. Post your weight at intervals or by the week or month as you prefer. Change your "ticker" to show loss or gain.
