8/08=Kettle bell with ZuzkaLight.com
8/12=Kettlebell with Zuzka, video / Coach Nicole - lower body
8/14=Squats, lunges, lateral squats with dumbbell
8/16=Kettle Bell=25 minutes
8/21=Kettlebell SP video plus 40 reps
8/25=Lower body workout-Coach nicole, dumbbells workout
8/27=Dumbbells/ Coach nicole

August 1 = 10 minute upper body and 10 minutes lower body
August 3 = 10 minute lower body
August 3 = 7 minutes upper body video with nichole
August 9 = 20 minutes 10 minutes upper and 10 minutes lower
August 11 = 21 minutes resistant band workout with nichole
August 13 = 10 minute lower body circuit and 10 minute upper body circuit
August 15 = 10 minute upper circuit and 10 lower circuit
August 24 = 10 minutes lower body circuit and 10 minute upper body circuit
