This is the place to keep a two times per week strength and toning challenge. Start a post and just edit it each time you do workouts for strength and toning.

Example- July 1= kettlebell workout = 15 minutes

7/04=resistance bands = 5 minutes
7/05=25 minutes=Kettlebell
7/06=10 minute dumbbell video WO
7/12=kettlebell = 7 minutes
7/13= dumbbell
7/14 = squats, lunges, push-up, superman, chair raises, chair lift, pendelum
7/18=20 minutes of the above
7/23=Kettlebell=7 minutes
