I just eat when I'm hungry, and I don't track calories, but I'm not trying to lose, just get stronger and more fit. Your SP number sound like a good starting range, though, and I think you will feel it if you aren't eating enough.

Hi Everyone,

I am starting CLX in a few weeks and wanted to see if anyone could share their adjustment from TF to CLX in terms of calorie intake? I know that muscle will increase metabolism = more calories burned. I just don't know if I should continue eating the calories that my SP tracker has me set at (my exercise tracker is set at 45 minutes per day 6x/week to burn roughly 2200 calories. Food Tracker is 1620-1970 per day).

I'm going to read more into the book that came with CLX and really try to follow the nutrition guidelines (how realistic it is, I don't know since I work 10 hours/day and usually don't eat dinner until 7 so I'm not interested in "making" dinner) but appreciate any info on what you did.
