Yesterday I had the usual for breakfast-- cereal with raisins, yogurt, half an orange
lunch was leftover "Yummy Pork Chops". This was a Spark recipe and it's really easy. They came out sort of dry so next time I won't cook them so long. And leftover cooked vegetables, plus a hunk of fresh cabbage. I love raw cabbage.
dinner was tuna salad-- a whole 5 oz. can of tuna, 2 T Miracle Whip, a little chopped onion & celery, plus 1 tsp. pickle relish, on a Mt. Everest of Spring Mix salad. Plus celery with Laughing Cow Light cheese. I love that stuff!!!
snacks were almonds & an apple. Roasted soybeans. The other half of the orange.
I think the big thing for me is, every day I eat things I really love that also happen to be healthy choices.
