I was thinking that sometimes we fail because we go a little overboard (not a lot) and don't really know it (because we dont exactly count calories) or weeks pass and we havent done at least the minimum exercise (say 30 min / 3 times a week)!
So I figured to start monitor the days I really monitor to see how much I am really doing. My ultimate goal as far as calories go is to have 6 right days (that means counting everything even mustard, even diet coke!) and one free from guilt day. Also I would like to have some kind of exercise 3 times a week. Let's see...
