Spent about 20 minutes so far today on YSFE. Wish they had Kinect games in the fitness tracker.... they have wii ones but no kinect. Any one know how to add them??

lamp blew out on my tv last week so haven't been able to play kinect. Hoping to get the part this weekend & have it fixed next week but it hasn't stopped me from exercising. Today I cleaned under all the beds, moved around some furniture & purged my dh & my sock drawers. Tomorrow I plan on attacking the closets. I'm enjoying getting organized & am actually working up a sweat w/the heavy cleaning.

I just did half an hour of RalleyBall, a little bit of Riverrun and cooled down with 5 minutes each of bubble-pop and 20000 Leaks. I wanted to do the main half hour on Riverrun but couldn't keep it up, so went back to RalleyBall.
I'll get there :)

tonight is my zumba class- 1hour! I am going no matter what! It is so much fun in the class but want it for the kinect too
I haven't been able to do your fitness all week, our basement is kind of being rearranged - basically adding a room so not enough space to play kinect very well, did get on fruit ninja for like 15 mins cuz you don't need a whole lot of space to do that one. hopefully by this weekend we should be done and rearranged!

Hi, I did YourShape today, i actually found a section that has a sport workout. I did the 38 minute routine, all i can say is OMG! That was a fantastic workout. Anybody that has not tried it, do so, you will be sore and very sweaty afterwards. This evening i also started back on the treadmill, a very slow and steady 2 miles. It felt great!

If we all did the things we are capable of doing we would literally astound ourselves.

I really want to like Rise of Nightmares. I'm sure I will if I ever manage to figure it out.
I try to walk forward and most of the time I go backwards an forward and backwards. Like Paula's song three steps forward and one step back lol.
I know the trick to put your right hand up. That walked me into a trap and I died lol

I'm doing the January Jumpstart Challenge!

1/1 walking/running 67 minutes (set a new PR for 8K - 65:53), the 8 minute SP athletic intervals video, and 25 minutes of yoga

1/2 worked out "with" Bob Harper for 17 minutes (I'm on the BL black team ;) ) via our new Kinect, "with" Jillian Michaels via the 30 Day Shred Level 3 Day 8, the 9 minute SP lower body video, and spent another 25 minutes in the Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 "gym (Kinect - cardio boxing, bolly, hiphop, running, balance board).

1/3 worked out "with" Jillian Michaels via the 30 Day Shred Level 3 Day 8, the 7 minute SP upper body video, and spent another 33 minutes on the Kinect (Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 yoga for 23 and Fruit Ninja for 10).

1/4 12 minute SP seated core video and another 15 minutes of additional exercises (via Kinect)

Your Shape - Bollywood, first time trying Boot Camp, Cardio thing, Arms. Hubby remaked about how much I was sweating. I am aiming for at least 45 minutes most days a week. I got 57 yesterday and 1 hour 6 minutes today. That last workout was HARD!!!!

I did both beginner classes(20 min each) on zumba. It was my first time playing it on kinect. So much fun!!

I just did an aerobic workout for 30 minutes. It's one of my favorites because I have the moves down now so I can have fun with it. It really makes me sweat! Also got 3062 steps on my pedometer doing it! Hollah!
