I just have Kinect and an aerobic step (speaking of, why doesn't SparkPeople have any exercises or videos using a step?). I go to YouTube for step workouts.

I was going to the gym, but I think now that I have the Kinect, and the weather is getting nice enough to walk outside, I am going to cancel my membership. I'm not going enough to justify paying for it, especially when I am not working. Since I got the EA Sports Active game, I feel like that is enough (and what I paid for it is less than a month's gym membership). I also have 2 sets of weights, a mat, and a ball (the kind you can sit on), so that should be enough for me to work out at home. I have some DVDs I haven't used yet, and a whole bunch of stuff is available to stream on Netflix, too, so there are plenty of options. Though, when I get into better shape, I'd like to go back to the gym for the classes.

I have a couple dvds I'll do if its raining, but otherwise it's the Kinect or pounding the pavement! I never would have though I'd like running as much as I do!

Since I moved to a part of the country that doesn't open until way after I have to be at work (including gyms), I put together a home gym -- elliptical, treadmill, resistance bands, hand weights, chin up bar, a bunch of DVD's I really don't use anymore, and a big open space for my Kinect -- LOL -- it's where my wii used to be (hee hee) We have TRX straps but we never mounted them...
