If I've been "good," then I might weigh myself 2-3 times a week. But I am trying not to obsess with the scale and limit myself to once a week, so my official weigh-in is always Saturday or Sunday morning.

I weigh myself daily. It really helps keep me motivated when I see the scale drop even just .1. I do also sometimes weigh myself throughout the day but only cause I like to see what the difference is during different times a day and stuff.

Daily...it's just part of my morning routine. If I were to skip a day I would probably skip a week, that's just how I am. I think as long as you understand that fluctuations are natural, it's okay. It keeps me focused.

I used to weigh in every day, but now it is 2 or 3 times a week, just because it varies so much day-to-day.

I weigh myself every morning but then I have the official weigh in Monday morning. I find thta by weighing in every morning I'm starting the day focusing on my weight loss goals... but I also don't stress about the number on the scale.

just gotta keep on keepin on

I unfortunately I weight myself every time I go to the bathroom! so about 9 times a day if I go to get a towel , to wash the baby's face it doesn't matter...

just tender!

My scale just sits in my bathroom. Every time I go to use the sink, toilet, find clothes in the closet I pass it. I usually weigh every morning and then whenever I pass it. It does wonders for self esteem. NOT! So my husband hid it from me. Well actually I know where he put it but I'm too short to reach it. He will get it down once a week for me. Only if he is nice. He wants me to weigh every other week only, but I'm too afraid I will get off track. We shall see.

Size 16- GONE
Size 14- GONE
Size 12- Gone
Size 10- Perfect fit!
Size 8- Almost there!
Size 6- A fine goal
Size 4- Goal!
Size 2- Only if I'm not too skinny
Size 0- Too small for any adult!

I jump on the scale daily and unfortunately that sets my mood/happiness level for the day. That being said I have now decided to weight myself every 3 days instead of everyday. emoticon
