I'm always looking for natural ways to fight what's going on in my body. So...I am taking coconut oil, fish oil, chia seeds, pure beef gelatin, 10-strain probiotic and papaya enzyme. Helps with feeling full, "good" bacteria, healthy fats, insulin sensitivity, increased metabolism, and healthy hair skin and nails. I also start every day with two glasses of WARM water with about a tablespoon of REAL lemon juice (no squirt bottles). It helps detox. I drink cool lemon water throughout the day. It's acidic so you have to brush your teeth or use mouthwash often to protect the enamel.

List a new healthy food you tried or want to try!
Mine is cantaloupe. I heard my kids ate it the other day and they loved it. Now I am curious to try it!
