Welcome. For triglycerides, omega 3 oil in any form.Fish or krill oil is probably best and comes in gel caps so it's just a matter of taking them every day. And it's good for you overall.

My name is Terri and I was just told today that my triglycerides are too high. I don't want to take medication because it has been linked to causing type 2 diabetes and the doctor agreed with me. Now I have to find foods that will help me lower my 327 down to below 70. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
