Just did my tally for September and I got in 190 miles last month. Wow! Way more than I anticipated. Lots of great training walks for my 3-day in November, lots of great hikes while at home and on vacation, and lots of great runs, alone and with my running buddy. I can't wait to see if I can keep it up for October, even though the weather won't be as cooperative.
