did about 5 minutes of a seated leg & knee set which is part of my therapy plan to do some chair marching later have walked sideways for over 20 minutes

These exercises ARE NOT set in concrete but to give you an idea on what to do The video's are active, if you find any that are not, please let me know they are all chair exercises except for one, if you can stand, walk you can do that video. The time 5....15 is also not set in concrete You can do 5 or you can do 30 which ever suits you.
