I do know how to copy and paste, but how do I do the below so that it shows up every day? I like to do the challenges, but don't know how to indicate that I've done them. I have seen some ladies that have it so it shows each day what they have done. How?????

These exercises ARE NOT set in concrete but to give you an idea on what to do The video's are active, if you find any that are not, please let me know they are all chair exercises except for one, if you can stand, walk you can do that video. The time 5....15 is also not set in concrete You can do 5 or you can do 30 which ever suits you.
