Cacole: What are you eating? How can you go without a fruit or vegetable? Remember onions are a vegetable and so are tomatos, even a hamberger or hot dog should have something on it. I eat alot of zucchini. Most of my deserts are based on this vegetable. ( Chocolate zucchine cake, Zucchini carrot cake, Cranberry zucchini nut bread and all are under 200 cal. Cook smart, you can sneek a fruit or vegetable into almost everything.

This was my January mission, eating more fruits and veggies. I did it all month and really got the habit established. Then along came my injury and out the window went my new healthy habit, so this is a GREAT challenge for me--to get me back into the freggie habit!

I love my fruits and Veggies, they help keep my calories down. Remember they don't have any cholesterol. I will do my best to check in each day. I always have at least 5 a day. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
