Heh, I did that the last year of grad school... gained 15 pounds. Thankfully I have now lost those 15 pounds though I seem stuck lately. But after a really rough 6 months, I'm slowly starting to rebuild those healthy habits that had fallen apart.

Well it would really be great to lose 10 pounds! I went to the doctor yesterday and found out I have gained 15 pounds over the past year emoticon

So any amount would be great! Hope you join in by trying to keep on target with your health emoticon

Sorry, I read the goal as to lose 10 pounds in 2 months, and my typical weight loss goal is a half pound (on average) every week. Which is more like 4 pounds in 2 months, sadly.

I am slowly working on getting my activity level back up. I lost a lot of ground last fall and winter because of migraines and getting sick, not to mention the holidays and birthdays.

Zannachan - even though you lose slowly, you can still join in by adding extra water or a little more exercise to the next 2 months. I am glad you are going to be watching though. It will be a challenge for me as well, but I am going to give it a try!

Freebird- I am glad this challenge has you interested! I have been fighting my weight for so long, I thought a little kick in the butt might help! I am going to try to amp up the good habits for the next two months (increasing exercise and water especially). Lets do this!

Good luck!

I lose weight very, very slowly, so rather than stress out about something I'm unlikely to accomplish, I will cheer from the sidelines.

I think my summer challenge may end up being finding my beading space. Or at least unpacking my beading supplies!

April and May - 2 months away from wonderful June! What can we do to lose the pounds before swim season! Try to get in extra water, exercise and lose at least one pound per week. That would mean we would be almost 10 pounds lighter! Join in this challenge and lets melt those 10 pounds!!
