This is the beginning of a new year and we have moved into the first few days. What are you doing to keep on track? What is your weight loss plan? What exercise have you added?

Sometimes it is just writing things down that gives us a little more motivation! Write down your goals and post them in a blog, tape the to your mirror and on your refrigerator! Let's make this our year!!
