Thanks for the tip! I work at a computer eight hours a day and then try to bead some at night. In my younger years, I didn't feel it so much, but these days, my hands start getting stiff and sore.

This is a good page on the Fire Mountain Gems site. It suggests exercises you can do to help stop strain whilst beading. Also good for when you are working on the computer or knitting etc.
