Didn't do - emoticon 1. get to my goal weight here at sparks by the end of FEB or sooner

Did ok there - emoticon 2. Not get so stressed over the wedding plans

Didn't do that - emoticon 3. After the wedding make plans to go on a long trip or Camping and not tell anyone where we are going

Don't have to do that not working for the other person - emoticon 4. De-side what business I want to stay with

2015 goals

2015 is going to be a good year!

These are the goals I have set out for myself.

1. Continue going to the gym 4 times a week minimum. Do some weight training along with walking and light jogging.

2. Check out a class at the gym. (Yoga, Zumba)

3. Read and establish a yoga routine for home.

4. Continue with nutritionist visits.

5. Instead of eating out when we (hubby & I) are craving something different, we are going to break out the cookbooks. Instead of spending money, we will use the many cookbooks that I have on my shelf and pick out some new recipes to try. emoticon

6. Save Money

7. Join a club or class (photography, aerobic, art).

8. Fix up MBR.

9. Spend less time holding grudges and more time letting go. Do not allow negative people to disrupt my own good feelings.

10. Put myself on the top of the priority list. What does this mean for me??? It means that I need to make the time for myself to do the things that I need to do to be healthy. I cannot allow the needs of other people to override my own.

11. Maintain health, and continue work on my weight loss after summer months. My goal is to end 2015 at the same weight (247lbs) minimum, ideally I would like to be down 20 lbs (227lbs).

This is going to be a great year for me. I am excited to get things going and start the year off right. It is important for me to continue to eat healthy foods. I want to avoid eating out as often as possible. I want to keep a positive outlook on life, and work on managing stress by using meditation and yoga, as well as deep breathing and being involved in calming activities (knitting, drawing, painting...).
