Water is actually something I really enjoy, so this is not one of my bigger problems. I drink a 32oz jug at work everyday, and sometimes actually fill it up again before I leave. I also drink water at home.

Since it is a challenge for you though... I saw another suggestion on one of the boards... put 8 pennies next to the glass on your counter... everytime you drink a glass move the penny over... it will give you a visual to help show the progress... make it a goal each day to move all the pennies... a little game for yourself ;)

So how is everyone doing on their water?

Saturday I drank about 6 glasses and I'm pretty sure today I'm at my 8 glasses already.

Went for brunch today after church and I should have just ordered off the menu because I way over ate and now feel like crap. Won't do that again. I thought I had more control but I obviously don't.

I reached Onederland on February 17, 2014

July 1, 2014 I want to weigh 180 (the same weight I was in 1985 at high school graduation).

Hi All~~~Tianya, I think water is a super place to start, I've let that slip a little the last few weeks. My biggest problem is getting the exercise going this time---I know it's not as cold here as where you're at, but for me the grey and damp are keeping me down. Without my dog I don't have to walk and so I haven't been.

I totally spaced that today was the 8th---I'll weigh in tomorrow. Talk later, Rox

Hi Jean, welcome aboard.

I was trying to think up a mini challenge for us and this is what I have come up with.

Starting Saturday after weigh in our goal is to get in a minimum of 8 glass a water per day. I know I struggle with this daily and if I have to report every day what I did regarding my water I might make more of an effort to do it.

What do you ladies think? Any suggestions of what else we can do?
