I do feel a lot better but a ways to go to get better! How are you doing this Monday? We are supposed to get a foot of snow between now and Wednesday.

My goal this week is to journal, drink my water and do 15 minutes of cardio on Tuesday and Thursday and go to Jazzercise Wed and Friday!! We can do this!! emoticon

I'm almost finished with my January book - need to read some this weekend for sure though!!!

I'm going to keep on the healthy eating kick - I'm promising myself & you and I WILL make to the gym at least once this weekend & will do a walk with Leslie on the other day....oh yeah, I have to clean house too.... :(

I do....and here it is!

Deep Clean All day Saturday-requires lots of exercise!!
Eat healthy meals
Friday-Dinner meatloaf, veggies and rice
Saturday-Salad for lunch and Pork Chops for Dinner
Sunday-Turkey turkey turkey!!

What are your plans this weekend to be healthy?
How is that book coming along?? emoticon I checked one out from the library and haven't touched it.

How did your weekend goals go?

My goals for this week are:
5 days of some sort of exercise
Continue to eat healthier
Stay focused on the goal (2lbs by the end of the month)
Continue to help motivate myself and my buddy to succeed!!!
