I gained about 1/2 lb since tuesday. I am rolling my calories back to the original setting because I think knowing that I had the extra calories became a subconsious green light to eat more, even when I wasn't really hungery.

If you are really reaching your limit and excercising consistently, then I would change you rlimit. Just make sure that you keep everything going!

You are doing great Ravyn! I haven't changed my fitness goals but have been thinking about it since I'm exercising more than I had expected. I tend to eat more than I should anyway, so I probably should just leave it alone. I probably wouldn't eat more calories either, unless I was really hungry.

I agree with the ladies. If you feel hungry, have something extra, if not go the way you are going.

I guess since the calories over lap a little, and I had been eating towards the high end of my calories that it is ok. I will continue to shoot for about 1550 calories. I hope I don't go up to the 1800 calories that it allows!!

absolutely agreed. It's nice to know you have those extra calories available, but don't eat them unless you feel like you need them. You're doing great!

Keep up the good work! Yay for ten pounds! I say if you're hungry for an extra snack, have a healthy snack, but don't set out to increase calories if you aren't hungry.

I realized that I am exercising much more than what I thought I was. 30 minutes of cardio a day is about half of what I was doing, so I put in 60 minutes per day and it really increased my calories allowed for the day. I have had really good weight loss so far. I am trying to decide if I can eat those extra calories and slow down the weightloss, or if I should keep doing what I have been doing? I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks!! What do you all think?
