Yeah... Good idea Ravyn! I got so bad for a while I even made myself a mini-goal to just TRACK calories on the weekends, cause even that seemed to go by the wayside :oS

I like the idea of a weekend challenge!! Weekends are really hard on me, so that would be an excellent motivator.

What about staying in calorie range on the weekends or something similar?

I'm currently going backwards in my lose weight (darn those weekends). How about a challenge to do some type of workout each day. At least 10 minutes

I have challenged my private (co-workers) team to complete the "Exercise of the Day" featured at the right of the Spark Page. If it doesn't require any specialty purchased product, i.e. BOSU or Swiss ball, or bands, then we should be able to do it! They take mere minutes but can harvest huge benefits.

How about a stretching challenge? It's something we can do anywhere, anytime. I just stretched a little while I was in the ladies' room. I can also stretch when I watch tv. This is the one thing I forget to do...until I get a charlie horse in the middle of the night! I propose we stretch every part of our bodies at least twice a day!

Well, as some of you have probably already read, I am having trouble with eating on the weekends.

I don't know what to recommend for a challenge based on that, but I am a binge eater anyway, so it is a personal demon to deal with.

A fun challenge that was in another team was to try 2 new exercises each week. Cardio, strenght, stretching, whatever, just try new things to spice up your exercise routine.

You all have been on this program for over a month so I would like you to pick the new challenge. What are you having trouble with? Did you see a challenge on another group you thought would be fun? List what you would like to be the challenge and we will go from there. It's holiday time so we need all the help we can get.
