- Exercise – 1 point per min to max of 90 per day
- Get 8 cups of water a day – 1 point
- Post in the team daily - 1 point
- Track all food/drink daily - 1 point
- Eat the rainbow (have at least 1 fruit/veg of each colour [green, yellow, red, blue, white] each day – 1 point per colour per day.
