I haven't written in my journal in a while. I started taking a writing class and focusing on writing a short story. Currently sitting with my female character having drinks and seeing who she is. But I do have a journal I write in on occasion.

Nice idea for a challenge. I've been using a journal for a while and it really helps to pull togather all steps I'm taking on my healthy lifestyle journey.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I have my personal,journey that I usually write in daily. It helps me to evaluate my feelings and I can go back and read and see how I handled many things in my life
