I really think reviewing my goals more often will help me.

I love Autumn, and have goals of walking daily, getting 3 to 5 miles in a day, and continuing writing in the evenings. emoticon emoticon emoticon

My goal for Fall 2014 is top drop 5 Kilos and journal/write regularly (at least 5 times a week). I just saw that someone asks herself a question each week and then ponders on the answer in her journal. That sounds like an interesting writing prompt. I'd like to try it because my writing is becoming repetitive and dull... always the same old topics (weight lost/not lost, fitness done/not done etc.)

To work out regularly and maintain my present weight. I would be happy dropping at least 1 pound a month between now and the first of the year
