I've been doing pretty well on stage 2 so far, i'm on day 4, and i've lost 5 lbs! Although since it's my first week, that's probably just water weight.

I felt ready and left it on day 13 instead of waiting, but...I've been through it all before.

Once you are ready to begin tracking your nutrition and fitness, you feel comfortable on the site, And you've completed the 6 steps in the Fast Break strategies then you're ready to move on.

It is the practice stage. No pressure in Stage One, you're not even supposed to start trying to stay in your calorie range during that time, but to just track what you're eating normally and get used to using the program and start looking at the numbers to see where you need to change.

And once you are ready to commit to keeping your goals then it's time to move on.

Here's a bit from the Fast Break Stage Overview:
"Again, it all comes back to starting small and practicing. Before you can fix the problem, itís smart to know how bad the problem is. That means learning how to track this info every day without worrying about results. Simply being aware of what youíre eating is a huge step, and will likely lead to changed eating habits anyway. There will be plenty of time to meet your daily calorie goals in Stage 2: Healthy Diet Habits. Once you have a handle on whatís on your plate, you can concentrate on fixing it."

So if you're ready to start the actual process of eating better and living healthier, then it's time to move on. :)

And don't stress about it, if you feel it's too fast you CAN always go back again. But Stage 2 does begin slow, asking you start measuring things.
