I'm ashamed of myself... I signed up at the end of december, but did NOTHING until a week ago, when I finally said enough is enough. I'm so happy for all of you though.
I re-started wednesday of last week and have lost 5 pounds in the first weight. Portion control, healthier choices and a little bit of exercise is the key. I really hope I can do it all the way, I'm feeling much stronger and optimistic this time.

Thanks so much for the pep talk, I'm still here, battling on, and determined to change my life, here once and for all.

I've made it to 25 pounds down and I ready to take on the next 25!

Welcome teammates to Month #4. Yes, it is week #13.

This is actually the point at which most people who need to lose a lot of weight give up.

Don't do it. If you can get over this little 3 month bump studies show you will be MORE likely to keep the weight off.

I'm having some bumps myself, but I'm not giving up. This is my LIFE. I want to set a good example for children and friends. Even strangers. I want to show people it CAN be done. I'm so tired of hearing all the negatives, about all the statistics that say I can't do this, and won't. I'm going to prove those WRONG. Statistics are just faceless, mindless numbers. I am a living, breathing, unpredictable human being. Percentages can't tell me who I am or who I will be. Only I can determine that.
