I have 22 pounds to lose. My plan is to eat healthy small meals, watch my caloric intake and avoid the foods that compel me to over eat - Triscuits and cheese.

My exercise goals are to do 30-45 min. of cardio 5 days a week and weights 3. Plus add fun activities in between.

Happiness is a Choice!

Failure is NOT an option!
