Wow, sorry guys!

The whole island lost internet connection for a few weeks, so I couldn't keep checking in. Looks like a rough month for most of us!

Getting back on track, and planning my August challenge :) I plan to do reverse crunches - with my back issues, I was instructed that i need to be able to do 200 of them in order to have a strong enough core to hold things in place. So I'm planning to do those! I really like the pushups, so I think I will revisit those, and then maybe a squat stance where instead of doing multiple reps, you just squat low (aiming for thighs parallel to floor, but whatever works for you!) and hold it - less stress on the knees for me that way.

Just checking in with everyone....

I went off track and have not been doing the challenges :(

I am still here to support! I am joining the local rec center which has a nice fitness center. I am going to take a weekly class and spend the rest on my time in the fitness room!

Today is another chance to get it right!

How is everyone doing one week in?! I have to split some of my reps now as it is getting tough!!

hi PMC and MAGNOLIA! so nice to have additional challengers!! :D

It's July 3rd here, so day 3 done! I like to do the cardio as my warm up before my normal morning workout. And MAN was I tired by the time I got to the arm dips! Excited for my July "bootcamp" challenge, and hoping to see some better results this month than normal.

I had to modify some of the moves a bit but completed day one also!!

Great! I suddenly had to travel for a family emergency in June and got off track. I'm excited about a new month starting tomorrow!
