Okay, I tried to log in on my fitness tracker but ...so I thought that maybe we could have one here on the website.

DAY 1 --push ups/plank/wall sit --- DONE!

Them push ups were killer.

Wall sit...not too bad.

Plank...My baseline is 12.3 secs/ and they didn't kill me.
