Only the first episode or two.

I just got to the part in Ready Player One (story) where the main character talks about how he was gaining weight, and so he started a program where he had to exercise and eat right to be allowed access back into his virtual reality world. Wow! Yeah, that'd be motivating if your computer locks you out for being over calorie goals!

Have you seen Green Arrow? Talk about someone that has to take care of himself. We don't see him eating very often, but the working out is there and it's constant.

I have noticed in BBT that Leonard is almost always eating a salad when they're at work around the lunch table. nice! So used to seeing shows having everyone indulging in fatty junky foods, if foods are involved. Pretty cool to see their take out and Cheesecake factory food balanced with healthier lunches sometimes! Kudos to the team who decides on foods for the set :)

I love finding motivation from my games and shows.

One huge one for me was from Walking Dead. After being thrown from a horse down into a ravine, attacked by Walkers, and with a crossbow bolt through his side, as he's dragging himself back up out of the ravine, Daryl Dixon pushes himself on by telling himself, "c'mon now, ya done half. Stop being such a p****"

I cracked up, but use that to line to push myself through barriers some day!! He's super tough, and I want to be tougher, too! :)
