I'm not able to add a stability ball to my workout because of other issues, but I have switched up the time frame of each workout and the intensity level of my cardio. I think the changes over the last seven weeks have worked, I've lost around 11 pounds. I'm pleased. Specially since I'm no receiving blood sugar levels lower than I have since I was diagnosed Type 2 in 1999.
