This week has been rougher, not because of lack of motivation, but Monday I was sick, and today, (Thursday) I feel sluggish and tired. I've manage to get my workouts in, all except Monday, which I spent the day at doctor. Still, I'm driving forward and determined to keep meeting my goals.

My blood sugars are improving each day and I've been able to cut down on my insulin intake with doctor approval because I kept bottoming. Something I've not done in five years.
