I have had a few days off and on where I could not complete workouts or walking. Either because of pain (fybromyalgia) or exhaustion.
Just let that day go and push forward to the next day, NO GUILT, NO FEELING OF NOT ACCOMPLISHING SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!! Just keep going!

Onward and Downward...one step at a time.

The other four weeks had little challenges with getting up and going. I didn't have a day that felt sluggish, but day three into this week and I have to work triple hard both days to get up and in the gym. I did so, but yesterday I wasn't able to complete my entire routine. Today, I managed to get the entire routine done, but I couldn't do any interval with speed or incline. But I did workout. Pushing through the pain sluggishness and the stinging legs was hard, but I done it.
