My Week 4 Goal is to Log my food. I'm very good about logging activity however, tracking food is always an afterthought. I have been logging more, but will work on improving that.

Week 4 Day 7 didn't log in
Week 5 Day 1 didn't log again emoticon
Week 5 Day 2 I'm half way through my eight weeks. Done a lot of walking. Done a lot of health eating. With no measurable results emoticon

emoticon Week 4 Day 6. I feel really down today...had to take pain medication at 5 this morning. Always make me feel really tired and not motivated to move from my chair...I'm gaining weight and can't get a handle on it.....it's getting harder and harder each day emoticon

emoticon Week 4 Day 5 Having trouble with diet. Can't seem to find something I can stay with. And posting is next to impossible don't care for cook for one. And I don't really enjoy eating. I need to do something fast before I gain all my weight back. emoticon

emoticon Week 4 Day 4 emoticon Omg I feel terrible. I fell of the wagon last night gave into my desire for rock road ice cream. My BS number jumped to 450 in one hour. According to my doctor's instruction I should have gone to the ER in the hospital. I have a terrible hangover. No desire to exercise, feeling very depressed emotionally, nauseous and no motivation.
My dog feels my sadness as she waits impatiently to walk. I have disappointed her. I feel like a bad parent. emoticon

Walking goal is a minimum of 35 minutes daily. And one mile on stationary bike. emoticon Be strong and stay committed. emoticon
