tai chai I know..altho I never had time to put it into my schedule.. what is the second exercise, never heard of it

this is week 3 and i have lost 2 lbs...i had my cast removed today and soon i can go back to exercising.

I am finding that the more days I exercise in a row the better things are feeling. I have arthritis in the knees and fibro, too. Getting the muscles in shape really does help things. Just take it easy and do something everyday.

Well this is week 4 and I am discovering that doing a little cardo and strength everyday does not cause my fibro to flare. Still have some pain but trying to remember not to over do it. I have been really afraid to do any exercise since i was diagnosed with the fibro
