Usually my exercise comes from the treadmill, seated bikes, and weights from the gym. I'm not one for video's, but this week I added it to one of the days I don't got to the gym. I also substituted it for the day this week that I was a bit lazy and didn't make ti to the gym.

Unique and different, but enjoyable. I also added in some at home dumbbells and at home lunges, squats, and arm bends.
