Normally, two of my five workouts include 30 minutes only of cardo and lower body workout, this week I shifted the 30 minute treadmill workout to a walking video DVD my mom has and I also added in some of my dad's weight lifting at home techniques. Worked out nicely when I had a bad day today and couldn't fit in time to leave the house for an hour and half of driving and gym time.
