I didn't find a walking log. I find logging has become very beneficial to me. To see how consistent I am and to check out my feeling about walking. emoticon
Week 1 Day 1 of my daily walk. I walked 44 minutes and 5068 steps. Goal 10000 steps add at least 5 minutes weekly emoticon
