Just realized I was posting my daily check on the wrong page. Still motivated and proud of myself for sticking with this challenge. I'm on Week 3 Day 5. Today was a good day. 45 minutes of Turbo Jam.....where is my water and a chair. lol

emoticon Week 3 Day 7 last day of week 3 showing a lost of 4 lbs. My goal was 1.5 missed my goal. I feel sad even tho I say it could be worst I could have gained 4 lbs. lol emoticon

Today I hit the wall if I was an alcoholic I would have been drunk by now. I didn't walk. I sat in my chair with my iPad playing games between crying and praying. Stayed with my eating plan. One more planned meal today. Yes I have chronic depression and today was a very sad day. I promise tomorrow will be a good day. emoticon

Week 3 Day 3. Check in day off to good start. Ready to walk. A little sore for bike ride yesterday. emoticon I read yesterday it take 180 day to cement a new habit. So that is three rounds of this challenge emoticon
