Realistically, I did not gain this weight over night. It came on gradually and will come off gradually. I have set a goal to lose another 20 pounds however long it takes.
If I do not gain in a week or if I have lost 1 oz in a week I consider that a big plus.
I really do not count to much on the scale I judge by how my clothes fit and how I feel.
I cannot exercise hard as I have a bulging disc in my lower back that causes severe pain and affects my legs. But I do walk often and I do Qi gong. I will have surgery in the near future to fix this.. My AIC is down to 6.1 and my plan is to keep it there or lower.

Somehow I managed to lose 5 lbs the first week. Probably a lot of water weight. This week I'm changing up my diet to see if subtle changes will help drop the LB's. Good luck everyone and hang in there.
