Been here 2 weeks, lost 1 pound so far. I feel good about myself and have really learned a lot about carbs and how to control them in my diet.

I just found this week 2 daily log in...I am at the end of week 2. I plan on just starting this challenge over again, once I complete it. I am sure there is a lot more I have missed along the way.

Went to my YMCA to do 20 min on bike and 20 min weights. Then, an interval class was starting, so I did that too.

I've upped my exercise to 1.5 mi most days. I record what I eat, but still eat too much. Haven't lost any pounds, but have lost inches, so that'she good.

Had a very short walk today. Had very bad sciatic nerve pain. Walked under a 1 mile still got 17 mins of exercise today. emoticon
