I am currently prediabetic at 5.7 A1c and would like to bring that back down before I have to go on medication. My main goal is to learn how to balance out my meals without losing my mind emoticon and to work in exercise on a more regular basis. I am on Day 7 of the 21 Day Diabetic Challenge and hope this isn't too much to take on. I ride with my trucker hubby a good bit of the time and this past week I did very well except for one very long day on short sleep and irregular mealtimes when I went over my nutrition goals. It was a valuable lesson because I really felt it the following day. emoticon
