My goal for week 1 is to follow the rules. While managing my food intake and exercising I want to see what issues my diabetic friends have to understand better their issues

From 16/11/18 at 145 lbs I am trying to eliminate added sugar from my food. Ie no sweeties as I believe they are contributing to the new phase of migraines which I am having..

My goal for this challenge is to simply stick to the challenge 'rules'. I want to be healthier with a greater understanding of diabetes after this 8 week challenge.
