I have been stuck for a long time also. My diet and calories were ok but I could not exercise. At least I didn't gain a bunch, and neither did you. 😁so, now keep moving forward, add exercise as much as will fit in, and maintain your diet. Thats where spark has really help me to make sure I'm getting enough of the right nutrition out of what I eat. Good luck.

I am stuck at a place where I'm not losing. I keep hoovering at this one weight place. I have lost 12 pounds since January. I have lost a total of 40 pounds over the years from my highest weight.

I have a goal. I have a goal that I will drop to my next level of weight loss. That in the next 8 weeks, I will have lost an additional 10 pounds.

I've joined SparkPeople yesterday in hopes of adding one more thing that will make me healthier. I'm on vacation currently. Which is great, I've been swimming laps at the gym nearly every day. I also do water aerobics 2 times a week because of this great instructor. I have also been eating responsibly and not going out to eat or if I do go out to eat, I choose wisely. Oh and I walk the dogs in the morning because in the afternoon the weather is triple digits and that's not fair to the dogs.

This is my very first post. Thanks for reading.
