1. Get my A1c back under 6.0.
2. Daily exercise to help me get there and losing weight, one pound at a time!
3. Take some time daily to inspire myself.
4. Focus on changes that will last a lifetime in activity, food choices and time for myself.
5. Journal everyday so I can see what I'm doing wrong and right.
