Lose weight (around 45 lbs.)
Exercise more regularly
Get my blood glucose back under control (my HB1Cs had been running around 6.5, but the 1 last weekend was 8.5)
Reduce negative "self talk"
Try to figure out why sugar (cookies and candy especially) are such a magnet and stop eating then as often as I do....
Improve my overall health by doing the above!
